This website provides a general overview of The International Civil Aviation English Association (ICAEA). It contains information on the Association’s aims, activities and ambitions, its past, present and future events, and, serves as a portal for ICAEA Members and all stakeholders in English language usage by the aviation industry to share news, expertise and experience.

Cancelling your Membership

You can cancel your ICAEA Membership using the Cancel link on your Account page, or by contacting:

Cancellations up to 30 days after joining are subject to an Administration Fee equivalent to 20% of the Membership Fee. No refund is available if you decide to cancel your Membership 30 days after joining.

Renewing your Membership

Membership does not renew automatically. You will receive email reminders before the expiry of your membership. To renew your membership for another year, log in and use the Renew link on your Account page.

On expiry of your membership, membership benefits will no longer be available to you. If you wish to renew your membership after expiry, you can still log in and use the Renew link on your Account page.

Permission to Email

By becoming an ICAEA Member, you give ICAEA permission to contact you by email with news and event information.

ICAEA Conferences & Workshops: Registration, Cancellations & Refunds

Before you register and pay for an ICAEA Conference or Workshop, please make sure you are aware of the visa requirements to enter the country where the event will take place.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, ICAEA will accept a substitute attendee from your organisation at any time at no additional cost. Contact us at with the details of the substitute.

If you cancel your Registration less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be paid.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are subject to an Administration Fee equivalent to 20% of the Attendance Fee paid.

Refunds can only be made in the currency in which the Registration Fee was charged and paid (USD or EUR according to the location of the event).

If you register and pay but then ‘no-show’, no refund will be paid.


ICAEA’s Privacy Policy covers the collection and use of any personal information that may be collected when you interact with the Association, such as when you visit this website, register for a Webinar, Conference other event, subscribe to our Mailing List, become a Member, or contact us by email etc. Your privacy is important to ICAEA and we do our best to protect it. Unless required to do so by law, ICAEA will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any information you provide to us without your express permission.

Use of ICAEA Logo, Membership status etc

Use of ICAEA’s logo, name, intellectual property or ICAEA Membership status in any form, on any media is prohibited without the express written permission of the ICAEA Board. ICAEA reserves the right to require immediate cessation of unauthorised or inappropriate use or referencing of the Association’s logo, name, intellectual property or Membership status, and, revoke Membership in such cases.
